Panelist: National Women Cycling Forum

Some fabulous women and I will be on a panel as part of the National Bike Summit.  Please come out ans support. The event is free.

Women still cycle at much lower rates than men in the United States -- making up just 24 percent of bike trips in 2009. But that trend is shifting. This Forum will be the first national gathering specifically dedicated to raising awareness about and discussing how to engage more women in bicycling.

Top 5 Advocates of 2011

I was named one of the Top 5 advocates of 2011 by Momentum Magazine.  They misspelled my name, but I'm honored. Someone mentioned it to me in a conversation and I had no idea what they were talking about. I was truly surprised.
